If you are new to Azure and do not have an Azure subscription you’ll usually need to grab your credit card and mobile number to get going with an Azure account. This is probably something you do not want to do if you are just want to learn. So Microsoft has made it possible to start learning on Azure with a sandbox account without the need of a creditcard!

Active the sandbox environment and test with REAL Azure services

Next to the sandbox account the Azure CLI is also integrated in the learning environment, so you could work on your scripting knowledge – without the need of installing anything.
